Who is Alex Constantine Dobbins from Patriot Games and what is their importance?

Alex Constantine Dobbins, a.k.a. Constantine Duppens, is an American black revolutionary. There is no indication of the name of the group to which he has ties, but he and his group work both American operations with the ULA, looking for a bigger role in future operations. Alex is a bit more sentimental than Sean Miller, believing that it is against the laws of nature to hurt women and children, and he has made a pact with himself to avoid doing that if at all possible.
