Out of Mormonism is separated into four major sections. Part One: Mormonism Looks Good contains four chapters; Part Two: My Life as a Mormon Woman contains eight chapters; Part Three: Light to Blinded Eyes has six chapters; and, Part Four: My Life after Mormonism contains five chapters. An epilogue provides an update of the more recent efforts of Judy and Jim Robertson and the Concerned Christians group that they helped establish. The account tells how the family first embraced Mormonism, ultimately rejected it in favor of Christianity and then set out with other like-minded Christians in an organized campaign to expose Mormonism as a false church.
