Mrs. P. is used as an example of a patient who is caught in the middle of a personnel change and has no idea who her doctor is. The team tries to help her out with her problem, and as a result, causes a political upheaval in the hospital. The doctor even accuses Kubler-Ross's researchers of stealing his patients.
