This is where Odysseus finally reveals who he is. Penelope has set a nearly impossible task for her suitors saying that whomever can string the bow and then shoot an arrow through the 12 rings she will marry. Disguised as a beggar Odysseus strings the bow and shoots the arrow through the rings. He then begins his assault on the suitors...cleaning house.
