Who is Angelique from No Humans Involved and what is their importance?

Angelique, the Angel of the South, is described as a tiny, girl with blond hair, perfect porcelain skin and blue saucer eyes. She a necromancer, who has followed Jaime's career since she was little. Angelique's father is a minister, and she is the third spiritualist in the show Death of Innocence where the ghost of Marilyn Monroe is to be raised. Angelique thinks Marilyn was murdered, but she has no theory who could it be. Jaime considers her to be a threat to her because of her age. She is not used to being on camera.
