What is the main conflict in Moby-Dick by Herman Melville?

The major conflict is Ahab's obsession to destroy the whale, Moby Dick. There is a clear man vs nature conflict going on but it extends to conflict within the crew of the Pequod as Ahab is bent on destroying the whale at any cost.
