Can you tell a very short summary to me?

The Last Shot is a basketball whodunnit, featuring two kids (Stevie Thomas and Susan Anderson), who win a contest and end up getting to cover the final four basketball game as guest writers for their school. While there they become embroiled in a mystery that leads to a suspenseful ending where Susan almost loses her life. In the end, they work with the police to uncover game tampering and underhanded dealings by the coaches.
