Sergeant Baker is leader of the original arrest team, Barker is a complete professional. Lean and well tanned, he looks to be about the same age as Jack Reacher is. Calm and confident under pressure, he takes Jack into custody, searches him, and sits him down in a small interrogation room. He leaves for a moment and returns with coffee to supervise the taking of Jack Reacher's prints. He escorts Jack to see the Chief, all business.
