What are Caesar's last words and what is the significance of them?

Caesar's last words are "E tu, Brutus?" Translated, it means, "You too, Brutus?" He is asking if it's true that Brutus, who he believed to be utterly loyal, is involved in the plot. He dies a moment later and seems that he is simply ready to die if even Brutus betrayed him.
