Hitler's extermination policies are a recurring idea in the book. This book reveals something not often disseminated in knowledge of World War 2. In the early 20th century there are enough powerful Jews that they maintain at least a temporary oligarchy in and over the city of Berlin. Prior to the outbreak of the war, Hitler declares that these people have the power to prevent a second world war. He urges them to enact policies that will make it possible for Germany and Europe to move forward without bringing on another war. He also threatens them; promising that if these powerful Jews fail to prevent the war, he is going to punish their people.
