Frank is the outspoken chauffeur, who drives Hank to the grand premiere of his film. He drinks while driving and blasts the film industry, who ironically make-up most of his clients. Frank's character is symbolic of the spirit of rebelliousness that Hank appreciates, both in others and himself.
