Who is Teroro from Hawaii and what is their importance?

Teroro is King Tamatoa's younger brother. As a show of devotion to his brother, Teroro pledges to murder the High Priest if his brother is sacrificed at the convocation in Havaiki. Teroro marries Marama while on Bora Bora, but she is unable to accompnay the King's party when they leave the island. He later returns to get Marama.
