Frank lives in Henry's neighborhood and the two become friends. The two have a congenial relationship with no baggage.... they rarely disagree and get along great. The two boys spend time at the beach, go to the air show, and enjoy the fun house. Unfortunately, Frank's father takes his own life, and Frank moves away. The two exchange letters for awhile, but Henry's parents end their correspondence when they discover the two boys are creating a cartoon about cannibals.
