Q4. Gulliver never intended to visit Glubbdubdrib. However when he visited this island, why did he come back from it much wiser and better informed?

Gulliver meets the inhabitants who are all magicians. The Governernor has the ability to raise the dead and does so for Gulliver. Gulliver speaks with Alexander the Great, Julius Caseasr, Hannibal, Pompey, and Marcus Brutus. What he learns from a discussion with all of these great men is that they were just men after all. We also learn that Gulliver feels even more validated in his position against tyrants.
