What did Joe say to Pip about Mrs. Joe at her funeral?

Joe speaks very little in this chapter. His response to Pip is as follows;

“Dear Joe, how are you?” he said, “Pip, old chap, you knowed her when she were a fine figure of a—” and clasped my hand and said no more.
