What is Nevernever in Grave Peril by Jim Butcher?

Nevernever is the word used to refer to the spirit world. Leanansidhe, Harry's evil fairy godmother, lives in the Nevernever. Over the course of the novel, Harry visits regularly.... it is, however, a dangerous place for him to visit.
