Who is Lady Caroline Lamb from Flash for Freedom! and what is their importance?

Lady Caroline Lamb is a slave with whom Flashy has a physical relationship during their voyage across the Atlantic. Named after Lord Byron's lover, Lady Caroline is said to be tall, quick to learn, and prefers nakedness to any type of dress.
