Who is Cora Shepherd from Fallout and what is their importance?

Cora is Autumn's aunt. Cora took custody of Autumn when she was only seventeen and took her to her father. Cora and her father hid Autumn from both her parents and her maternal grandparents most of her life. However, when Cora becomes engaged, she contacts her brother and invites him to the wedding. This seems to be an attempt on Cora's part to reunite Autumn with her father and extended family.
