Kelsey Cook, in Every Day, is one of the people that A inhabits. He learns that she is contemplating suicide, which sets up an ethical dilema for him. Kelsey doesn't believe that she can reach out for help, even though it is evident that she'd like someone to help. As a rule he doesn't interfere with any of the host's decisions or life choices. But, after he discusses the situation with Rhiannon he decides to tell Kelsey's father.
