Who is Sileph from Enna Burning and what is their importance?

Sileph is the Tiran captain who imprisons Enna and uses his gift of people-speaking to manipulate her into believing she loves him. After the war, Sileph tries to convince Enna that he still loves her, becoming enraged when his persuasive abilities no longer work on her. As he fights with Finn, Sileph is killed by his own men.
