How does Emma hurt people?

Over the course of the novel, Emma's actions and interference hurt a number of people. Emma is manipulative, immature, and unaware. She believes herself to be the ultimate matchmaker.... throwing people together and tearing others apart. This blatant demonstration of disregard for the feelings of others directly effects those characters and obstructs their attainment of true happiness.
