Who is Catherine Parr in Elizabeth the Great by Elizabeth Jenkins?

Catherine Parr was the sixth wife of Henry VIII, and by far the most motherly of all of his wives. Catherine cared for Henry in his last years and was a wonderful mother to his children. Not one to sit idly by, Catherine brought Henry's daughters back to court and treated them both like family.
