Orphaned as a child, when his family leaped from a cliff in Saipan to avoid occupation by invading American forces, Zamata has grown up hating the United States and what it did to his family and his country. Believing that Japan deserves a premier place in the world and that only lack of raw materials and nuclear power stand in her way, Zamata has mobilized the zaibatsu to achieving these goals.
