The Eye of Thoth Tattoo is based on an ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic or symbol. It is first seen on the arm of the mysterious corpse and later revealed to be a symbol of a youthful bond forged between Father Forthill, Fr. Vincent, and a small group of vampire hunters.
