Who is Pfwfp from Cosmicomics and what is their importance?

Pfwfp appears in the story, Games Without End. He and Qfwfq are friends, but they are also rivals in a game something like marbles, but one that is played with hydrogen atoms that generate in pockets in space. Over time, Pfwfp begins to cheat at the game, stealing new hydrogen atoms before Qfwfq can find them. He cheats in order to win, but when he finds himself losing, he wants to call off the game.
