Who is Lll from Cosmicomics and what is their importance?

Lll appears in the story, The Aquatic Uncle. She was among the first generation to be born on land and because her family has been on the land longer than Qfwfq's, she is more agile and better adapted to their environment. When Lll meets Qfwfq's uncle, she is captivated by his arguments for how much better the water is than the land. In the end, she goes into the water to live in the past, rather then moving onto an uncertain future.
