Who is Lieutenant Dave Fuselier from Columbine and what is their importance?

Lieutenant Dave Fuselier was the father of a Columbine student. He was also an FBI analyst at the time of the massacre. Fuselier made his way to the scene because of his son, but he soon became deeply involved in the investigation. He examined the Basement Tapes, journals and other materials of both boys, before coming to the conclusion they were psychopaths.
