What is the narrator point of view in Cities of the Plain by Cormac McCarthy?

Cities of the Plain is narrated in the third person (limited) point of view by an omniscient (all knowing) narrator. The narrator does not, however, narrate from any one character's perspective. He follows the action and only reports what he sees..... he does not make assumptions or interject opinions of any kind.
