Who is Jose Ybarra-Jaegar from Breakfast at Tiffany's?

Jose is a politician, who spends most of his time in the nation's capital. He and Holly have a brief affair, during which time, Jose moves in with her. Always protective of his reputation, Jose moves out of Holly's home and ends their affair when her picture appears in the paper.
