This is the young vampire who is at camp with Kylie. Della is struggling to find her way with her new situation and new knowledge. Della has a strong family connection but knows her family won't accept her as a vampire. Della is genuinely hurt when she realizes Kylie looks at Della as a monster and their friendship is cemented when Kylie comes to accept Della for what she is.
