Who is Inari Raith from Blood Rites and what is their importance?

Inari is the little sister of Thomas Raith. She has not yet reached the age of feeding and has not been told about her family and what they are. Inari is told, thanks to Harry and Thomas, and chooses a different life for herself, since love will stop the need to feed, although it will leave her fully human.
