Who is Frau Hagan in Black Cross by Greg Iles?

Frau Hagan was a prisoner at the Totenhausen Camp (concentration camp), and the leader of the woman's block in which she was interred. She looked out for the women, and was killed after protecting Rachel Jansen when she was attacked by Sturm's men.
