Who is Ragen in The Minds of Billy Milligan by Daniel Keyes?

Ragen is one of Billy's many personalities. He is said to be the "keeper of the rage". Ragen is big, strong, and speaks with a Russian accent. He is also the only one of Billy's personalities that knows how to use firearms. Rage takes over for Billy when survival is threatened.
