"Antigone" is the third and final in Sophocles’ series of plays about the saga of Oedipus, the other two being "Oedipus the King" and "Oedipus at Colonus". "Antigone" tells of the fate of Oedipus’ children Eteocles, Polynices, Ismene and Antigone.
