One major flaw in society is the notoriety of criminals..... the media attention attached to people who become famous for bad deeds, and the publics obsession with these stories. Mr. Soneji actions (the kidnapping) were directly linked to media attention and his desire to become famous...... to commit an act that would leave a lasting impression on the public long after his death.
