Who is Micha in The Prophets by Abraham Joshua Heschel?

Micha was an Old Testament prophet and author of the Book of Micha. His home was Moreshet, and he lived during the reigns of many kings, which include King Jotham of Judah and Hezekiah, King of Judah. Micha was the first prophet to proclaim the coming destruction of Jerusalem.
