What is the setting in A Wrinkle in Time?

The book begins on Earth, during the fall. The children then travel to two interim planets. The first is Uriel, a beautiful place where the air is pure, the sun is shining and fantastic creatures fly through the air. The second is Camazotz, where Meg's father is being held captive.
