I'm sorry, this is a short-answer forum. We are unable to assist students with essays. Blanche might or might not be seen as pathetic, depending upon the audience. Each person sees people and things individually..... that's what the world is all about. I've heard numerous ways in which Blanche is seen as pathetic over the years..... most often in terms of her refusal to deal with age, her belief that she is still irresistible, and her obsession with the "boy" who didn't love her back..... the boy who killed himself.
