Henry Collins is Mrs. Forrester's last husband. He is described as a "cranky old Englishman" who is stingy, quarrelsome, and most importantly...... rich. After Mrs. Forrester's death, Collins sends a draft to the Grand Army Post to have flowers put each year on Mr. Forrester's grave in memory of his wife.
