A Fist Full of Fig Newtons is set in the Lincoln Tunnel, under the flowing waters of the Hudson River, where Ralph Parker is sitting is a major traffic jam. Ralph's memories take him to his childhood home in Indiana, as well as his current home in New Jersey.
