What is Dina's relationship with Fredoon?

Fredoon becomes a client of Dina's and the relationship becomes romantic. The two are quite comfortable together, but the intimate side of the relationship is hindered by Dina's memories of Rustom. After receiving the bicycle, Dina decides to end things with Fredoon.
