Who is King Tommen from A Feast for Crows and what is their importance?

Tommen was the Kings of the Andals, the Rhoynar, and the First Men. He was the Lord of the Seven Kingdoms. He is merely a boy when he becomes king and is married off to thrice widowed Margaery for political reasons.
