How do heavens 'blaze forth' in Julius Caesar?

In Act II, Scene II, Calpurnia tells Caesar that the heavens only "blaze forth" the deaths of princes.

When beggars die there are no comets seen.
The heavens themselves blaze forth the death of princes.
