Can someone tell me the ending to the play "The Glass Managerie"?

please its for my younger sisters report. she got sick during the play and was not able to finish seeing it. now they want her to give an essay on the ending of the play.

Soon after the family's dinner with Jim, Tom is fired from the warehouse, leaves home, and starts traveling the world. He says that in all of his travels and in all the cities he visited, he has felt as though he were being followed by something he caught only glimpses of. It's in those moments, he says, that his memories of Laura catch up with him.

Back home, Amanda silently comforts Laura and then goes back into the kitchen. Laura goes to the candles, and as Tom finishes his speech by saying that he's more faithful and devoted to her than he meant to be, Laura blows out the candles in the candelabra.
