Crusher, who is currently the captain of his weight loss team, "The Fat Crushers," which includes stars Carnie Wilson, Erika Eleniak and Nick Turturro, has set the shows' record for the most individual weight loss ever by dropping 19 lbs in one week, with a total of 43 pounds dropped so far.
“I had no idea what I was getting into but it’s a lot of fun," explained BoneCrusher via a press release. "I’ve changed the way I eat and I’m seeing and feeling real results."
And though Crusher stays in the gym these days, it doesn't mean he's strayed away from the studio. Currently, he's working on his first-ever rock/rap effort, with features from Good Charlotte, Lil Jon, Ludacris, David Banner, and Black Crows, plus production from Jim Johnson of the Usual Suspects.
"I got a bunch of crazy black boys that like that metal shit," said BoneCrusher. "That’s why we named the band The Onslaught, and I’m not just rapping on this record, I do a little singing too. It’s the perfect mix of rap and rock."
The rock album will debut on his own record label, Vainglorious Entertainment, which he
founded with his wife and manager, Aneesah Bray. The label has already signed several
artists including 6th Day, Sean Falyon the Great, Cottimouf and Priscilla DeVine.
