There were feelings of the "up and coming" generation in Britain that the political climate needed to change. The objective of this lesson is to discuss how the social ideas were evolving in Britain from those that were dominant when Churchill was leading Britain through the political turmoil of World War II to the social ideas that were beginning to take hold of the new generation.
