Object Descriptions
This section provides a short description of all the major objects in the book. This can be printed out as a study guide for students, used as a "key" for leading a class discussion, or you can jump to the quiz/homework section to find worksheets that incorporate these descriptions into a variety of question formats.
Objects
London - This location is the largest city in England and the home of the three men who embark on the boat trip.
Thames River - One of the major rivers in England, this flows down through Oxford to London. It is here that the men take their boat trip.
Kingston - This is the starting point of the journey.
Hampton - This location is a town near the beginning of the trip where boating is popular and the residents wear the most flashy boating costumes.
