Conflicts can be external or internal or man vs. man, man vs. nature, or man vs. self. What are some conflicts that occur in the book? How would most of the conflicts be classified: man vs. man, man vs. nature, man vs. self and internal or external conflicts? Which conflicts seem to be the most difficult for characters to deal with?
