Object Descriptions
This section provides a short description of all the major objects in the book. This can be printed out as a study guide for students, used as a "key" for leading a class discussion, or you can jump to the quiz/homework section to find worksheets that incorporate these descriptions into a variety of question formats.
Objects
The Castle - The analogy that frames the whole book God lives and calls souls to worship. It is the soul itself.
First Dwelling - This is where the soul first enters when she has decided to turn inward to pray.
Second Dwelling - Where the soul begins to understand the benefit of leaving the temptations of the world behind and is better able to hear God calling her deeper into prayer.
