Object Descriptions

This section provides a short description of all the major objects in the book. Objects

The Gray Town - This place is always rainy and depressing.

The Bus Stop - This is where the passengers fight to get on the transit vehicle.

The Foothills of Heaven - This is where the bus drops the passengers.

The Mountains - This place represents Exaltation. Once there, people continue learning and are always happy.

The River - This is what the narrator finds to walk on because the grass hurts his feet.

The Waterfall - This speaks to the ghosts and advises or warns them.
